A group of elderly office workers revolt against modern corporate business practices and become reasonably violent pirates "on the high seas of international finance."
Brilliant short film that was shown in theatres preceding Monty Python's Meaning of Life is actually much better than the main feature, even if it does end a bit...abruptly.
I've always loved this little film, and to realize so many years later that almost all the elderly office workers are played by extras who worked on hundreds and hundreds of British films and TV shows from the Forties through the Eighties, almost always uncredited, adds an extra layer of meaning. This is their swan song, their farewell party, and what a fun one it was.
Watch this, and then watch The Sea Hawk. You won't be disappointed!
Thanks to StoneAgeMan for identifying several actors in this.
