Drummond investigates a series of mysterious nasty killings revolving around the oil industry.
Enjoyable film, one of the better James Bond copies that cropped up in the Sixties. Would have been better without Drummond's American cousin, but Sommer and Koscina make a fine pair of killers (the obvious inspiration for Messrs. Wint and Kidd in Diamond Are Forever), and Green makes an excellent villain.
And no, I didn't misspell "Phoenician"-that's how it is spelled in the film.
