Henry Koster
Director

The story of Elwood P. Dowd, a likeable gentleman, and his best friend - a 6'3½" invisible rabbit named Harvey.
One of Stewart's best remembered roles, it sits proudly in the IMDb Top 250 movies of all time.

Elwood P. Dowd: "One night several years ago...I was walking along down the street and I heard this voice saying Good evening, Mr. Dowd. Well I turned around and here was this big six-foot rabbit leaning up against the lamp-post. I thought nothing of that because when you have lived in a town as long as I have lived in this one you get used to the fact that everybody knows your name."
