Tale of alternate universes brought to life with good set pieces but lacks cohesion overall. A film that badly needs an extra hour of director's cut. As to the religious controversy...there's nothing in this one to cause a stir...and what happened to good Christian tolerance?

Best Buy are including a bonus disc of 45 minutes of deleted footage - the stuff we'd like to see back in the movie presumably...
