Mongolian warlord covets the daughter of the man who killed his father.

A film that has few friends. The Duke is seriously miscast as the soon-to-be Genghis Khan but is he much worse than say Charlton Heston might have been in the role, hmmm?
The second notoriety comes from the fact that the location shooting in Nevada exposed the cast and crew to radiation from earlier nuclear tests and several of them perished before their time of cancers, although I note William Conrad, Lee Van Cleef and Leo Gordon all seem to outlived the curse. Make your own mind up.

Intriguingly the film was cut to get an A rating in the UK.
